VALHALLA

Valhalla is a 34,400-sf retail and office building located in the heart of Historic Ballard. We took one of the missing teeth lots along the Ave and added a 4-story building connected to an existing 2-story historic building that got a new partial third floor. Full seismic upgrade and interior design were also a part of this project.
